I noticed something interesting recently. We know that when the Church at Ephesus was founded that it was on the Acts 2:38 salvation of Jesus Name baptism and the Holy Ghost speaking in other tongues as with all real Christianity.

Also we know that the book of Ephesians is a letter to people who had obeyed Acts 2:38 to become Christians as are the rest of the epistles.

Read carefully the account and notice that Paul never commanded them to be baptized, because he didn't need to. They KNEW that to believe on Jesus included Jesus Name baptism.

Acts 19:1 And it came to pass, that, while Apollos was at Corinth, Paul having passed through the upper coasts came to Ephesus: and finding certain disciples,

Acts 19:2 He said unto them, Have ye received the Holy Ghost since ye believed? And they said unto him, We have not so much as heard whether there be any Holy Ghost.

Acts 19:3 And he said unto them, Unto what then were ye baptized? And they said, Unto John's baptism.

Acts 19:4 Then said Paul, John verily baptized with the baptism of repentance, saying unto the people, that they should believe on him which should come after him, that is, on Christ Jesus.

Acts 19:5 When they heard this, they were baptized in the name of the Lord Jesus.

When Paul told them to believe on Jesus they knew that included being baptised in Jesus Name. Yet how many false-christians claim to believe while refusing to obey?

Acts 19:6 And when Paul had laid his hands upon them, the Holy Ghost came on them; and they spake with tongues, and prophesied.

Acts 19:7 And all the men were about twelve.

In the Bible, someone who refused to obey was counted to be a non-believer.

Rom 10:16 But they have not all obeyed the gospel. For Esaias saith, Lord, who hath believed our report?

All who reject Oneness or Jesus Name water baptism or the Holy Ghost with speaking in other tongues are NON-BELIEVERS.

People like to read and rejoice about heaven while ignoring the parts of the Bible where it teaches that they aren't among those going.

Thats a very nice little, short and sweet study that can be done with any and every trinitarian/non-believer. I do understand those verses better now than before this study.
